Pixel Alchemist: Roguelike – Privacy Policy
Last updated: 13 October 2026
Pixel Alchemist: Roguelike ("the game") is made by mvLabs (contact: [email protected]). This policy explains what data the game uses and why.
Data stored on your device
Your progress (Essence, upgrades, unlocks, statistics, daily quests) and settings are stored on your device. A copy of your progress is also kept in Unity Cloud Save (Unity Technologies), linked to your player ID, so it is restored when you reinstall the game or switch phones.
Google Play Games and leaderboards
If you sign in with Google Play Games, the game receives your Play Games player ID and display name. They are sent to Unity Gaming Services (Unity Technologies) to create your player account and to show your name and score on the online daily and weekly leaderboards. Without Play Games, an anonymous player ID is created instead. Leaderboard entries contain your player ID, display name and score.
Gameplay statistics
Only if you agree (first launch, or Settings → Game statistics), the game sends anonymous gameplay statistics to Unity Analytics (Unity Technologies): sessions, device model and OS, country, and game events such as finished runs (score, duration, level), unlocks, completed quests, ads watched and purchases. We use them only to improve the game. You can switch this off at any time in Settings.
Notifications
If you allow notifications, the game schedules local reminders on your device when a new Daily Challenge is available. They are created on your phone; no personal data is sent for them.
Advertising
The game shows ads through Unity LevelPlay (Unity Technologies) and its ad network partners, including Unity Ads and Google AdMob. To deliver and measure ads, they may collect your device's advertising ID, IP address, device model, operating system, language and ad interactions. On first launch you choose whether ads may be personalised; you can change this anytime in Settings → Personalized ads. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your Android settings. See Unity's privacy policy and how Google uses data from partner apps.
Purchases
In-app purchases are processed by Google Play. We never receive your payment details; we only learn which product was bought, to unlock it in the game.
Children
The game is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
Your rights
You can ask us to delete your leaderboard data or ask what data is linked to your player ID by writing to [email protected]. If you are in the EU, you also have the rights of access, correction, deletion and objection under the GDPR, and you may complain to your data protection authority.
Changes
We may update this policy; the date above shows the latest version.
